What this policy covers
These rules apply to paid consultations, workshops, and planning
sessions booked with Tlixarenvychrali, including services
delivered at 3625 Shaganappi Trl NW, Calgary, AB T3A 0E2,
Canada, or remotely where we offer that option. If you purchase
a bundle that includes multiple visits, each visit is treated
according to the schedule agreed at purchase unless a separate
contract states otherwise.
Deposits and booking fees
Some sessions require a deposit to hold calendar time. Deposits
are applied toward the total fee. If you cancel within the
windows described below, the deposit may be refunded or credited
as specified. If you fail to attend without notice, the deposit
may be forfeited to cover administrative and preparation costs.
Cancellation by you
If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled
start time, you may receive a full refund to the original
payment method within ten business days, or sooner when our
payment processor allows. Cancellations between twenty-four and
forty-eight hours before the start may receive a fifty percent
credit toward a future session of equal or lesser duration,
valid for six months.
Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, or
failure to arrive within fifteen minutes of the agreed start
without contacting us, are generally non-refundable. We may make
exceptions for severe weather events, medical emergencies, or
other extraordinary circumstances when you provide a brief
explanation.
Fairness. We do not charge punitive
cancellation fees beyond what is needed to cover reserved time
and staff preparation.
Rescheduling
You may request one complimentary reschedule per booking if you
contact us at least twenty-four hours in advance and alternative
times are available. Additional reschedules may incur a fee that
we disclose before confirming. Repeated last-minute changes may
require a new deposit.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session due to instructor availability, facility
issues, or low enrolment for group workshops, you may choose a
full refund or a new date without penalty. We will notify you
using the email address or phone number you provided. Refunds
are processed within ten business days unless a payment network
requires additional time.
Physical goods
If we occasionally offer physical items such as printed
worksheets, jars, or utensils, defective or damaged items may be
exchanged within fourteen days of pickup or delivery with proof
of purchase, subject to availability of an identical
replacement. Open consumables and personalised items may not be
returnable unless required by applicable consumer protection
law.
Return shipping costs for non-defective goods are your
responsibility unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
Digital materials
PDFs, templates, and checklists delivered as part of a paid
service are licensed for your household use. You may not
redistribute them commercially. Unless a product is defective,
digital downloads are generally not refundable after delivery
because we cannot revoke access reliably.
Disputes
If you believe a charge or cancellation decision was handled
incorrectly, email us with your booking reference and a short
description. We aim to respond within five business days with a
factual explanation and, where appropriate, a corrective offer
such as a partial credit.
